Hi all my first time posting my heating system on 07 citroen berlingo panel van stopped work it was working on and off few times but now nothing at all on any settings any help would be appreciated

I guess you mean the blower. Not really too sure tbh as never had this problem.
Sounds to me like it might be a switch fault if it fan worked sometimes but someone might know better..

A few things usually cause this.
Burned out heater resistor (speed controller) mounted near the motor. This is most likely especially if some higher speeds worked but not all, like worked in speed 4 but not 1,2,3 etc.
Next, blown fuse or burned out relay, or corroded terminals at the motor. Water gets sucked in by the fan and collects in the main chamber. Not a great design.

Not sure if this will help you but...
On my 1999 berlingo my heating was doing the same thing, turns out it was the power cable going to the blower motor, the cable worled loose from the terminals, give it a wiggle and see if it works, if so, demount the motor and rewire, it worked for mine and still going strong
